Refund and cancellation
Returns will only be accepted if CIE Source has supplied the wrong book (different Title/Author/ISBN from the one we originally quoted), or if we have issued the customer with a return authorization. If you receive a book that has been damaged, please contact CIE Source to ask about obtaining a return authorization. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without our prior written authorization.
